For this you have to visit Ent clinic. Most of time surgery is advice, for symptomatic relief you can use metas pray nasal drop, tab montair lc 1tablet at night ,stream inlahalation for 10 days

Adenoids cant be cured as such medically
The child can take nasal sprays and decongestants to see if it reduces the symptoms
