My son has mouth breathing
We have taken a CT scan of mouth breathing problem and they commented as adenoid. So have attached the reports here. What is the next steps and if it is cured next what we have follow any dental related steps

What is his age?
Adenoids are usually associated with all paediatric age group.
They start decreasing after 8-10 years of age.
However even after that period if the problem persists can go ahead with Adenoid resection surgery.
