How to cure snoring?
I have snoring problem from last 7 years. It has started affecting my family members now as it causes trouble in their sleep. I have tried medicine, drops and spray puffs but they seem to be temporary solutions as once I stop them the snoring return back.
Can someone please help in controlling this problem?
Prescription from my last consultation attached.
I had below medicines for last 5 days

Duonase spray
Xylomist drops

You need proper evaluation with a nasal endoscopy first. If there is sone correctable cause to make the airway patent, u can go for surgery. Otherwise u will have to use CPAP.
Needs detailed evaluation with sos sleep study also.
