How to cure snoring?
I have snoring problem from last 7 years. It has started affecting my family members now as it causes trouble in their sleep. I have tried medicine, drops and spray puffs but they seem to be temporary solutions as once I stop them the snoring return back. Can someone please help in controlling this problem? Prescription from my last consultation attached. I had below medicines for last 5 days Decort 6 Gudcef CV 200 Montair FX Duonase spray Xylomist drops

Ct nose and pns, or nasal endoscopy is needed. You csn take sleep study too. Consult

You need proper evaluation with a nasal endoscopy first. If there is sone correctable cause to make the airway patent, u can go for surgery. Otherwise u will have to use CPAP. Needs detailed evaluation with sos sleep study also.

Get an ENT opinion for proper assessment..go for nasal endoscopy or ct scan nose and pns if required.
