I can also see a turbinate like thing which is inside my left nostril is it swollen or blocking the nasal passage should we need to remove/reduce it again?

Hello the view is not clear to say about the swelling but it is not turbinate. It takes time to relieve the blockage after surgery . The blood you are spitting out may be the clots from your nasal cavity. Visit your ENT consultant and follow the medications and advise given by him / her.
