I underwent a fess, bilateral turbinectomy, and septoplasty (dns to the right) about three weeks ago and also had the first endoscopic cleaning done after 10 days post surgery. I still feel pain/itching sensation around the place where turbinates are located, sometimes there's heavy mucus mixed with blood secretions. I'm following all the post op care advise given by the surgeon like not blowing my nose , frequent saline sprays, rhinofit oxy sprays , and sneezing with mouth open.
Are these symptoms normal? When would the pain go away completely?
