Septoplasty
I had my septoplasty and inferior turbinate reduction surgery 2 weeks ago. My nose is becoming dry and painful when I inhale. Also my nose vibrates when I breathe heavily. Will these problems reduce in few days?

It is normal to have symptoms of pain, crusting, nose block for few weeks after turbinate reduction surgery. Do nasal douching and continue with whatever surgeon has advised. You will be alright in couple of weeks
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist if your symptoms persist even after few weeks
