Do not use any distilled water used for machine or battery.
There are available nasal douching kits in the market.
You can avail them.

Please do not use battery or machine distilled water in your nose. It is not made to food or medical grade and can carry chemical or microbial contamination.

Boil ordinary drinking water for a few minutes and let it cool fully before mixing in your saline packet. That is the accepted safe substitute when sterile water is not available near you.

Sinus issues involve dense mucoid nasal secretions and crusting. It requires medical grade isotonic (0.9%) or hypertonic saline (4.5%) nasal washes. You can easily find these in any medical shops or online sites.
