Hello, Chronic sinusitis or frequent sinus infections may be caused by an bacterial infection which as not cured completely , it can also be caused by growths in the sinuses (nasal polyps) or by a deviated nasal septum, these polyps and DNS will predispose to infection. Important is you should continue your medicines for full course and need to get follow at the end of your medicines. The medicines you are taking on now is the best outpatient treatment. Please continue till complete course.
