Preauricular sinus
I have a preauricular sinus pit in my right ear.There was not severe issue persist from last 30 years but last month the abscess in getting worst and at last i have to go through I&D process by doctor.But i need to have permanent solution of this infection.Should i go for surgical procedure or have some other option.What are the complications of surgery.Is it successful? Whom i should consult in patna for best result of surgery?

Hello there. I can understand your concern.  For the abscess the trewtmwnt is just incision and drainage along with antibiotics cover. Nothing else is required.
