I have preauricular sinus pit monthly i get discharge bad odour frm it
Should i surgically remove or can it me improved with medication

Pre auricular sinus will have to be excised surgically .. although if there is pus right now then medication ... It's better to have this removed when there is no pus

Look preauricular sinus will never normal to its own... that is simply a tract without destination so it has to be removed anyhow
