Swollen preauricular and postauricular
Hey. I have swollen preauricular and postauricular lymph node on ear and Just behind ear with swollen external ear canal and right side of tonsil is bigger than left side from last 2 years and the swelling has come around 5-6 days ago lymph nodes are not visible by eyes but can be fell there is no major swelling very low swelling is it normal or something serious.

It's not serious. It could be related to reactivate lymphadenopathy. start with oral antibiotics.

These could be reactive lymph nodes.. most likely nothing to worry about Do take 1 week antibiotic course… see the response and proceed accordingly

If lymph nodes are tender you can take antibiotic course.consult an ent specialist for treatment
