Preauricular sinus and cyst?
Dear Doctor
I observed some kind of bad smell whenever i clean ears from small hole and little itchy.from google i came to know this is sinus.
Its not swollen but does it needs any consultation or normally it goes off? Do I need to use any medication for cleaning on weekly or daily basis?
Pls advise

It's a preauricular sinus needs surgical removal cuz it might keep on discharging or form a abscess pus filled

It’s a congenital problem, most of the times it remains unnoticed but if there is discharge/ pain / infection , you need to go for surgery
