I have vertigo from childhood it may comes rarely in childhood But bow iam a software engineer with 1+ year experience.Right now i have vertigo throughout the day. I approach ENT he done some tests and give some medication but not work after that i will went to neuro surgen he also done some tests and give some medicines but no improvement.i may occur from past 3 months.what can i do please tell me

Chronic daily vertigo since 3 months, not responding to ENT or neurosurgery treatment, needs a more targeted approach. Without near-fainting, this could be vestibular migraine (very common in young people, often missed) â especially if you have any history of headaches.
Next Steps
Ask specifically about vestibular migraine â it needs different treatment (not just Vertin). If not done, get MRI brain and VNG (vestibular function test). Try reducing screen time and stress. Consult me on Practo with all previous reports for a structured review.

Medications only provide temporary relief. U need to start on vestibular rehabilitation exercise that will strengthen ur vestibular system and prevent the episodes of vertigo.
