Non Spinning Vertigo with ear pressure
Hi All, One year back My b12 level was 199. Since then I am getting non spinning vertigo whenever I walk with mild sensation of pressure inside both ears. I took treatment from General physician and Neurologist. I took b12 injections and now my b12 is 1392. But no improvements in Vertigo till now. My Symptoms: 1. Pressure sensation in both ears while walking with non spinning vertigo. 1. Traffic, horns, crowded roads  I get more pressure in ear with vertigo and not able to walk due to this. 3. Fine at home and only outside I get vertigo. 4. When I rotate or move head pressure inside ear with Vertigo. Please help me regarding this issue.

Haiii glad to help you out Please answer following questions and Kindly do following test and review back Questions : Hearing loss? Ringing sensation in ears ? Any sort of trauma to the head in the recent past ?? Tests to be done Pure tone audiometry SISI TONE DECAY
