Vertigo feeling head spinning in morning
Hi, I feel like room is spinning after waking up and have trouble walking since three days is this due to water getting in my ear while bath, or ear related problem or a new glass frame no prescription change I brought recently pls advice the vertigo is very severe

Most likely cause would be BPPV. Consult online or visit an ENT.

It is unlikely that water getting in the ear will cause such a problem, if your ear was previously normal. If u have severe vertigo, meet a doctor and get evaluated. Might need to do tests. Get some immediate treatment
