Head is spinning continuously. Vomited once and there is no presence of acidity or gas but head is spinning. If I continuously move my head left to right then the the head starts spinning again.

There are many causes for acute vertigo. Either its origin is inner ear or it may be from brain. Consult nearby ENT specialist or neurologist for complete evaluation of your ear and brain and you may need to undergo further investigations such as MRI if initial evaluation fails to diagnose condition. Sometimes acute vertigo may be symptom or more sinister problem and should not be neglected
