  4. Head Spin Dizy all time. Please help!

Head Spin Dizzy all time
I am unsure if this question will be for a ENT Specialist or an Neurologist.. Since 10 days I always feel dizzy. Its not completely dizzy but I feel something is wrong. Its a feel like as though I am tripping. I get this more after having meal. I am a BP patient and I take Amace 1 daily morning. I am very concerned about my problem. Please HELP!
