Since yesterday I'm feeling dizzy every time I lie down or get up from that position, also when I shake my head. Do I need to consult ENT specialist or some other specialization for this?

your symptoms are suggestive of condition known as benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. in this condition you well get intermittent giddiness lasting for couple of minutes. you can consult ENT specialist for complete evaluation and treatment
