Hello, the sneezing by itself cannot cause dizziness. But there can be associated problems that can cause dizziness. Like if you have neck problems (cervical disc issues), any sneezing pressure going into brain cavity due to any small defect in roof of nose, compromise on blood circulation to brain etc can trigger dizziness during sneeze. Therefore it will require a thorough evaluation. May not be serious but definitely needs management.
Next Steps
Consult an ENT specialist locally for further evaluation
Health Tips
1. Since you know about the dizziness, please sit down or hold on to something when you sneeze .
