You seem to be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays. There is no permanent cure for this condition and physical exercises can be of some benefit. Changing soap or shampoo may reduce your symptoms as it can be a trigger for your allergy
