Sir i feel fear at night and trouble swallowing saliva difficult sleeping also, when i ride bike the same i feel difficult swallowing spitting As soon as I try to sleep some choking like sound i hear and choke me And some time sleeping time hpanic jerk aslo occur What is this plz doctors help I cannot watch even tv also i nedd to swallow saliva or clear throat why

For the last 2 years, I have been feeling ear fullness and pressure popping, have consulted ent 6-7 Ear are normal, ct scan pns relatively normal, nasal endoscopy normal, only a spur touching to turbinate, Audiometry, impedance audiometry impedance, normal, antibiotics and anti allergic not effective, For the last 2 months , suddenly both shoulder and biceps pain starts so consulted rhumetologists he advised ANCA PR3 , test is quite normal, but deflacort 3 mg dramatic gives response and relief from biceps and shoulder pain , ANCA dieses can happen if the test is negative

Hi. Yesterday , I saw my tonsils with small white spots , and when i gently opened my mouth , I saw the tonsil touching the tonsicullar pillar , and recently I had redness in the throat , and today when I checked my throat , I saw " bean - rice shaped thing on both sides of the tonsicullar pillar just besides the uvula, is it a problem , I don't have any trouble swallowing, and when I see my another tonsil , I saw black dots , is it a major problem , please suggest

I am feeling a severe pain in my nose in the middle, due to it I feel fullness and pressure in ear behind the mastoid region ,I want to know it can cause shoulder and neck pain

I think I am suffering from fungal ear infection. Having yellow discharge from my ear from the last week and in between also saw few black particles in it. From yesterday the condition has become worse, I have faced this type of condition earlier as well in my left ear it was an fungal infection. Please can you suggest medicines as today is Sunday and I am not getting any open hpt near me Thank you

My son have Grade 4 Adenoid from last 2 to 3 years, He have issues like Mouth Breathing, Snoring No other issue observed till now - Do I need to go for Adenoid removal procedure or it's possible to auto cure of Adenoid Major impact seen on his teeth and face look, some challenges on clarity voice (Not sure due to this issue) Can you please help me out here

I often mix (these days) 1/4th of cold water in normal water and then have it. But just in few minutes or after half an hour, there's mucus coming out of my nose. This happens more at home than outside. Because I don't face much of this issue and this instantly when I have anything cold like beverages or anything outside. Also, I take shower and come to my room and then sneeze atleast 3-4 times. It happens every other day I'll say. Or daily atleast these days. It's like I just can't have much of anything cold and also even some mild temperature changes triggers it and then there's sneezing and mucus. What exactly is the issue?

I am suffering from severe pain in my right, also yellowish discharge from last 7 days, and in between observed black thing in the discharge. This type of situation has happened with me earlier in left ear at that it was fungal infection. And now it is having a severe pain.
