Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hey My right side of tonsil is bigger than left side with holes in it. Enlarged tonsil was painless from last few months but from 2-3 days it's painful while swallowing, drinking, , when moving tounge. It was very painful in last year then I went to 2 different Dr. One suggested to get the tonsil removed other told there is no need to remove tonsils and gave me medicine which helped me now it's again giving pain . Please check it and tell is it normal or malignant.

3 mahine se mujhe whole body pain hai bahut jyada  muscle pain hai joint pain hai din se shaam tak bahut jyada hota hai dard body me har jagha hots hai and throat me itching kabhi dard kbhi discomfort hota hai .
