Good evening Sir, since you are facing this issue since 2-3 months, I would advise you to get an Otoscopy done, so that we could see what exactly is happening in your Left ear.
Next Steps
Kindly get an ENT Consultation.
Health Tips
I would strongly advise against using any ear buds or inserting anything inside your ear as it increases the risk of infection.
1. Steam inhalation 3 to 4 times in a day
2. TAB SINAREST 1tab p/o twice in a day after meal for 3 days
Health Tips
1. Avoid any kind of instrumentation in ear ( even from ear buds, safety pin, etc)
2. Any kind of liquid instillation (even water, oil, Hydrogen peroxide, etc )
Persistent unilateral ear blockage for 2–3 months can have several causes, such as earwax, middle-ear fluid/Eustachian tube dysfunction, or other ear conditions. It cannot be diagnosed without examination.
Next Steps
ENT examination
Health Tips
Avoid using earbuds/Q-tips or putting water/oil into the ear
As you are having ear block since 2-3 months better to go for physical examination to know cause whether it's because of wax or eustachian tube dysfunction.
