I have my right ear blocked from 3 years
Due to excessive smoking i guess my right ear got blocked 3 tears ago and it has opened fully yet..it gets open partially but never fully and gets closed after some time

A blocked feeling in one ear that has persisted for years and only opens partially should not be left unexamined. It could reflect Eustachian tube dysfunction, fluid behind the eardrum, wax, or another middle-ear problem. Persistent one-sided ear blockage in particular should always be properly evaluated, as unilateral symptoms occasionally need closer attention.
