  4. Pls suggest for ear block. Laryngitis!

Pls suggest for ear block
Please suggest a spray or solution for ear block. I get frequent ear blocks after hair wash or exposure to cold air or sleeping in AC. I have vasomotor rhinitis and tendency to develop laryngitis
