Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Since Friday following issues appearing in my body Throat pain, lower back pain, nose block, watering nose

I have white tongue for more than 2 years.It occurred due to oral sex with GF.Daily iam scrapping but still white shade will be there through ou day and morning it becomes more. I had checked most STD tests all are negative and I do believe the oral sex affected my nature oral flora . Any doctors who are able to help me please ping the number

I recently had a  fungal infection, too much pus,in left ear Took fungal infection Medicines Went back to check Dr prescribed these medicines attached prescription Is it really necessary I dont have money I thought Government Hospital has but they said they don't Have Medicine will cost ₹360 I dont have money

Hello doctor, I was having dizziness after waking up my neck was stuff at the base of the skull and when I rotated my head dizziness occurred and when I try to wake up from bed also it was there. I went to ENT she gave vertin 16 mg thrice and stugeron twice daily. Is it meneires disease I am worried. Attaching reports.

Buzzing sound... water coming from the right ear..pain in the right ear.. hole in the ear. Since last couple of months.

I think i have nasal polyps and sinus issues. Since 5 months i am suffering from swallowing issues. I feel that food gets stuck in throat or i have to swallow hard or take some water to gulp it down.
