Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Need rifampicin 300 for atrophic rhinitis. I have a prescription. But the medicine is not available in nearby pharmacies and online stores.

My mother is experiencing repeated mouth ulcers for 1-1.5 years. We have tried many medications, sometimes the ulcers go away for 1-2 days but appear soon enough. She was experiencing difficulty swallowing also previously but it's better now. Some doctors suggested she had some allergies and gave medications according to that. But nothing worked. I really need some advice on how to diagnose and cure this and who to approach for its treatment. Thank you!

Hey my child is only mouth breathing in day . In night she closes her mouth for sometimes.  She  is only 20 months old we got her x ray done it showed no adenoids.  She sometime itches her nose but how we will make sure she closes her mouth she doesn't understand it . Is it normal.  I am worried that her facial features will get destroy.

I have continuous ringing in my ear for last two and half months. I have done non contrast Brain MRI. Nothing is found. Standard audiometry test show normal results. My tinitus is one sided on the left. When I chew the sound increases in the left. If I press the nearby area of left ear on the skul sound also changes. If I bend my neck also in one side the pitch increased. So far I consulted ent, neurologist and dentist. No result. Please let me know whether this condition is treatable. Who can help me regarding this? I need a good consultation from an experienced doctor.

Hi, my name is Abimbola, 36 years old I've been battling with some symptoms few months back, fatigue, brain fog, stomach burning sensation, chest pain, chronic sore throat with ear pain, black and scanty menstruation. Run so many tests,and took antibiotics and ppi prescribed by doctors but the sore throat and ear pain with scanty and black menstruation are still there.

I went to doctor for ringing in my both ear always when there is silence , he ruled it out as tinnutus and  gave medicine to follow for 10 days :- Occupol ear drop, 2 drop 2times/day Tinnitod 20 mg, 2 tablets 2times/day Neurozan tablet, 1 tablet/day After again going to doctor for followup as issue didn't solved, this time he did PTA test (i have attached the report) and he gave medicines to follow for 10 days :- Amitriptyline 10 mg, 1 tablet/day Rebagen otic, 1 tablet/day Still it didn't worked i went again for followup he suggested Tinnutus retraining therapy and a medicine Escitalopram 10 mg,  1 tablet /day I asked him, is this problem gonna solve or not he just said continue the medicine and therapy many person got relaxation due to this and show me after a month this time, i need some genuine advice from you guys because this problem is now extending for a long time sometimes while trying to sleep it troubles... My brother developed hoarseness of voice after vomiting. An ENT examined him on 16 May and performed an endolaryngoscopy. The ENT diagnosed acute laryngitis and prescribed medicines along with 20 days of voice rest. After about 17 days, the hoarseness is still present and has not significantly improved, but it has not worsened either.”

I have a history of earwax buildup. Recently, I had wax blockage in my left ear and used Clearwax ear drops. The wax came out and my hearing became normal. Today, I felt irritation in my right ear and used an ear bud. Some wax came out, but I think the rest got pushed deeper. My hearing in the right ear is now reduced to around 30%. I can't hear clearly and I can feel something is stuck inside. I started using Clearwax drops again. There is no severe pain, dizziness, discharge, or fever. Should I continue the drops and how many drops should I take and how many times per day?? or do I need ENT wax removal and will it be painful??  Is this anything serious to get worried about?? Please help me in resolving this!!

Goo day Dear Dr. Since yesterday, I have been feeling a blocked or vacuum sensation in my ear, and sounds seem lower or muffled compared to earlier. Please advise what should be done. Can I use ear wax drops for this concern? Thanks for your kind advice. Regards
