Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

After being in Ac my ear gets Full, behind the nose feels irritation, ear discharges fluid thick whitish mild pain

For the last 3 days i have had throat pain and irritation and fever, but today there is a burning sensation while drinking or eating, nasal congestion, I can't sleep at night as my nose is blocked, headache is there, feeling something stuck on my throat while swallowing , doing gurgling, took macberry ls , my Blood report shows ESR 35, should i start antibiotic calvam 625? My 2.5 year old continuously facing irritation in one ear. So we showed to our local doctor and he checked and told us that there is fungus present. So he suggested Otobiotic Plus New 2-3 drops two times in a day for 5 days. So is it safe to give this drop to 2.5 year old.

Hi. 3.5 months back I got a white spot on my right tonsil and surrounding area of the left tonsil, with some redness in the throat. Doctor prescribed multivitamins at first for a month. Soon I got a tiny round swelling under the right side of the jaw, which upon checking the doctor said is not a lymph node. The tonsil spot almost disappeared but came back soon. After that I did a course of sporidex and tarcflam with octenoxa gargle solution. Again the spot almost disappeared but still came back. Now the tonsils have shifted back to their original shape but there is a tiny spot on the left tonsil as well which pains sometimes. The entire past year I had digestive issues which have now improved. Are these 2 issues related and what can I do moving forward as I will be shifting to UK soon this month. Attaching a picture. I had a sudden hearing loss and ringing sensation in my left ear since the past two days . Today I'm having tremors along with breathing difficulty and chest tightness . I also have irritability and terrible headache I'm having modalert 200 placida and petril along with forglyn plus inhaler for asthma I feel that my heart is beating very fast Im also feeling numb in my left ear and it is very difficult to wake up on the morning I have vestibular migraine too

Today I saw that the net of my right side in ear earphone is missing.I have no significant pain but I doubt that it has gone inside my ear.Is it possible that it has gone and stuck inside my ear?

My 4 year old boy has lymph nodes on the right side of the neck which is not hurting him and he doesn't have any other symptoms should I worry about this From one week it's there

I've been smoking 1-2 cigs a day for the past 1-2 months. Sometimes I don't smoke properly and end up inhaling too much smoke and coughing, resulting in a burning sensation. Last Thursday I started feeling an itching sensation and pain in my back right throat. When I saw it using my phone flash light I saw a black/white growth. This is the current state after 3-4 days. What could this be? What are the chances of this being cancerous and when should it heal ideally in case it isn't cancer?

Can you please tell me what this is , I am having it from the past 1-1.5 year of the same size and it doesn't hurt or cause any issues with me.but tensed with the situation.

Hello, i was diagnosed with keratosis obutarans when i was 18 and have been getting my ears cleaned every 6-8 months but the process is really painful and i often get fever after the cleaning. Is there any other treatment for this apart from that intense cleaning which always painful.
