Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am final year student, preparing for my exams nd interviews so I work on laptop daily like round of to 7 hrs with 2 -2 hrs gap nd also I use mobile for movies nd all . So since 2,3 weeks my neck was hurting nd eye strain slightly increased. So I am little bit concerned about my eye sight nd brain stress . So what changes to do in lifestyle or meals ?

I have a nose piercing that is about 2 years old. Yesterday I tried changing my nose pin. One pin was tight, and when I tried a slightly bigger pin it caused sharp pain and a little bleeding inside the piercing. I also felt dizzy briefly at that time, which settled after resting. I removed the jewellery and left it overnight. Today there is no swelling or pain, but when I tried to reinsert my usual small nose pin, it would not pass through fully and caused sharp pain and slight bleeding again. I’m worried the piercing tract has narrowed or partially closed. I dont feel any pain or swelling as of now. I would like it examined and safely reopened if possible, as I don’t want the piercing to close.

This white line goes when applied kenocart but comes when stopped or in dry mouth times This has been of this much only not changed for months now. I previously used to feel rough there but I no longer feel roughness. Please suggest. I have gastric issue. My mouth tends to be dry. I used to consume tobacco for 3 yrs but I have quit from 4 months.

Can we use  2 ear drops alternatively after 6 days of operation  and ointment to put in suture area what does it do

I am a 20-year-old female having sharp ear pain. It started in one ear and now both ears are painful. The pain is sharp and increases when I touch the ear or chew. I also have mild dizziness but no difficulty in walking. I have had similar ear infections before, including last year and in childhood. There is no discharge at present. I am not using any ear drops or home remedies. Please advise on possible cause and treatment and whether urgent ENT examination is needed.

I have some tiny nodes on right side of tongue without pain. No problem in eating and speaking. Feels accuward and some constant irritation on tongue. Sometimes little pain in ear. Sometimes neck stiffness and pain on right side of neck and head. Feels like nervous pain. Disc degeneration was diagnosed before 15 years and that problem is also diagnosed in upper part of spine.

My child is 3 years and 3 months old and weighs 11.4 kg. She had adenoid enlargement when she was around 1 year old, and since then she has been on medicines. She has used Nasonex spray, and currently uses Flomist, Montus-L, Septilin, and Omnacortil occasionally. She has mouth breathing, breathing difficulty during sleep, snoring, and gasping. The doctor checked an X-ray and said the adenoid size has reduced now, but her symptoms are still present. At night she is very restless and wakes up frequently. In the morning she is irritable. I don’t know what to do

Badly suffering from runny nose, itchy none, sneezing etc. since 2 years. Taken many types of histamines and allergy  meds but nothing worked. Want a permanent cure.

I am male 43 Yrs old and Yesterday i was cleaning my left ear with buds and suddenly the buds went inside my ear and as it went inside.since then till now I am having pain in my ear. I request you to tell me some treatment.

I am suffering from eustachian tube blockage from last 1.5 years. It was first diagnosed 6 months after the problem started doctor said I eustachian tube is unable to make negative pressure and that was mild. I had no fluid. 3 months after the spray and valsalva ear drum started to move but then I got boils in mouth. Freaking out with that I went to another ent as my regular doctor wasn't available. This doctor did myringitomy with tube but other doctors said it wasn't necessary. After that I started worst symptoms than before ear and moving head pressure with weird sensation. Another doctor in gangaram delhi checked and said the eustachian tube is open already and all those symptoms are because of the grommet working as foreign object. Felt better for 2.5 months about 80%. Then again last 3 weeks the symptoms appeared and worst. The ent looked and said the grommet is now falling out. Could falling out grommet make the sensation and pressure worse and gonna be better once it falls out?
