Left parotid gland lump
I attach usg report... I have lump infront of left year from 2 years.. I m taking homeopathy medicine from 7 month but no relief... There is no pain while chewing or opening mouth... Sometimes deep ear pain and lump surrounding area pain.. But lump is not painful.. Weight gain is good.. No indigestion at all

Based on your history description and USG report, the organ involved is parotid. Better to get a test(FNAC)in which we take a syringe and extract sample from the swelling. We examine it under a microscope to see the nature of the swelling. Depending on the nature of it treatment differs. Some swellings have the tendency to be benign and safe initially but turn malignant later.
