I have been experiencing a strange pain in my throat as a I gulp over the last week or so, at random times of the day. I don't have a cold or a sore throat. And the pain is not at the tonsils either.
It is at the mid-throat area. As I gulp, the pain feels like as though there is a knot there. But when I look up and swallow/gulp, there is no pain.
What could be the issue?
