Throat pain right side of Adam's apple
I have pain on the right side of my Adam's apple. It's tender to press from the outide and hurts when I swallow. It doesn't hurt at the back of my throat inside (e.g. A usual sore throat), but at front. It also hurts if I'm tensing for example I'm about to sneeze or when I yawn.

There isn't sufficient information to reach a specific diagnosis. I would advise you to visit a ENT so that you can be examined and undergo the necessary investigations such as ultrasound, etc to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly. If the problem persists or worsens visit the ENT at the earliest.
