Hi I'm having post nasal drip and allergies problem for past 2 months and recently I traveled in airplane during the landing I had severe pain in ear like they were about to burst. I have pain on the right side of my Adam's apple. It's tender to press from the outide and hurts when I swallow. It doesn't hurt at the back of my throat inside (e.g. A usual sore throat), but at front. It also hurts if I'm tensing for example I'm about to sneeze or when I yawn.
