Deep throat pain, swallowing difficulty

Hi sir/madam, For the last 4 days I have pain in deep throat(below the Adams apple area) and today the pain reached higher. It's now very difficult for me to swallow food. It feels like an obstruction in the throat. I would like to get a suggestion on my situation.
