Sore throat pain bellow adam apple
Hello,
I have rashes and white one pimple in throat and pain below Adam apple from 3 months.
Took all antibiotics like zifi CV 200 zipod 200
Plus did steam and warm salt water gargle but still not going visit physician and ENT doc also
Pls suggest what to do.

Follow what your Ent surgeon suggests... if u have gastritis or acidity problem it may still cause throat pain

Stop smoking( if u smoke), avoid tea and coffee ( especially with milk) , avoid spicy food, avoid alcohol.. have a light food, dont eat heavy, dont sleep immediately after food,
