Unable to speak,eat,pain in the burning while eating. There is white colour pimple on the tongue. There is a neck pain on the left inside.

That seems like an aphthous ulcer. Apply Stomacare mouth paint 10 minutes before meals. Take Zerodol P for pain relief.
