Do u have pain only while eating or is the pain getting aggravated during eating? If u have pain only while eating then it could be Temporo mandibular joint problem. Otherwise it could be ear canal infection. Need more details. It would be better if u consult

Ear pain during eating is most likely due to a temporo- mandibular joint dysfunction. However it could also be due to some other problem. For an accurate diagnosis, a clinical examination would be required
Next Steps
take any analgesic like paracetamol (650) for pain and visit an ENT doctor for proper evaluation.
