Ear pain and burning sensation tongue
I have been having ear pain with burning sensation one side of the tongue for about few weeks now. The burning sensation on the tongue changes to the other side when the ear pain also changes to the other side. For example, if my left ear aches today, the left side of my tongue will burn, if it is the right side tomorrow, the right side of my tongue will hurt as well. Visited the dentist for oral examination and they could not see the cause. I have been stressed for over a month lately, not sure

You seem to be suffering from reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder. This causes recurrent throat and tongue burning with referred ear pain. You need to take anti reflux medications for few weeks for long term benefits
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
