Pain near Adam's apple

Thanks for answering in advance
Last week, I had throat pain internally (inside), I took dolo + Mahacef for a week & was fine.
After that now I'm having occasional pain outside my throat - on the surface. When I touch Adam's apple part, it pains bit.
Kindly advise medicine. Not sure if I can visit at this time. Pls help. Thank you.

Hi...through the image I can see congestion and swelling over the midline of the neck!! Mostly due to ?anterior cervical lymphadenitis
Is the swelling moving on swallowing?
Is it associated with fever??
Is there a Difficulty in swallowing...?
