Pain near left side of adam's apple
Experiencing sharp pain(external) near the left side of adam's apple when gulping/swallowing only. No pain in the area when touched. If I swallow when facing upwards with neck fully stretched, the pain does not occur. No swelling observed near the area as well.

Steam inhalation twice daily for 3 days Salt water gargles twice daily for 3 days Avoid neck movement unnecessarily. Consultant an ENT specialist
