Pain to the left of Adam's apple region.
I have been having this pain to the left and slightly below the Adam's apple area for the last 2 months. The pain is considerable when I apply pressure or cough. I have been to 3 ent's and all of them prescribed me antibiotics. They don't seem to work, in fact I feel they only worsen the condition. The third doctor prescribed me a combination of levocitirizine, ambroxol and montelukast tablets. These tablets have helped in subsiding the pain but the moment I stop taking them the pain returns.

As per your description you got relief after anti-allergic medicines..so allergic component is there..i also recommend you to do an USG neck to rule out any feature of thyroiditis..
