I found a lump in me throat above adams apple not realy any pain can notice a slight twinge when i swallow

Though your question is not very clear you may be looking at enlarged tonsils inside your throat which are not really abnormal if not associated with the pain or difficulty in swallowing. If it is over your neck then it may be lymph node enlargement. Clinical examination is necessary to confirm the diagnosis
