Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi I had discomfort in my ears, as I travelled thought it was dust that entered. And I used buds to clean it, but it is paining alot and can sense swelling. Pls do suggest tablet or eardrop or home remedy for it. It's painful as I'm unable to chew too. Using oflokem  d ear drop but pain hasn't reduced.

I have difficulty in pulling out mucus from left nostril. It does not come out easily. Is it due to concha bullosa? I had septoplasty for DNS in 2010 and Synechia removal with laser in 2014. I feel blockage on left side until the mucus comes out from left side. CT coronal finding revealed concha bullosa on left side. Do I need surgery? Will concha bullosa be cut and removed out OR  only compression is enough without invasiveness? Please tell the name of the procedure I need. Thanks.

Hi, my left ear is clogged and in pain from over a week now. I'm on day 3 of these medications - Antibiotic(amoxicillin) ear drop(dexamethasone), nasal spray( oxymetazoline) - nothing worked. Today I found out when I lie on the left side, ear pain and blockage get better. GP checked my ear and said everything's look good. I have no other symptoms. I will really appreciate if anyone can tell me how so I get out of this problem.

My daughter got the ear infection through, but she cried she was restless and covering her ear with shoulder so, i checked her ear and found out pus in her ear and ent removed it through suction..now and gave antibiotics drop otiflox and oral antibiotics..now today day 5 but she still covering her ears, my question is still might be feeling some itching or discomfort..does some drop come to give her relief..as she happy now I feel there is some discomfort..as my daughter autistic I have rule all medical possibility..so..if there could be some discomfort how much I wait to heal on its own..or should I ask doctor for some alternative drop and rule out..

Hello, I'm female 22. Recently, I noticed a painless lump on my left submandibular gland. I do not have any history of drinking, smoking, alcohol, etc. On December 5, while checking my gums from the recent tooth extraction, I noticed a painless and immovable lump on my left submandibular gland. I wasn't able to feel that lump until that day. At first we thought that it might just be related to the recent tooth extraction but was confirmed not after checking for infections which showed no signs and after taking antibiotics for 10 days straight which didn't clear the lump. It was still there up until now. I experienced some super dry throat and sore throat to a point that even drinking water feels so painful during month of October since I am a pratice teacher and  use my voice everyday day. A week after I noticed the lump, I also suffered from dry cough and itchy throat feeling the need to swallow all the time. Now all the symptoms were gone expect this lump.

Duration of Illness: more than 60 days Key Respiratory & Throat Symptoms: Persistent Dry Cough: Lasting 8 weeks; triggered specifically by cold air. Voice Changes: Noticed a distinct change in voice over the last two months. Breathing Difficulty: Experiencing intermittent breathing problems and occasional tightness. Neck Sensation: Constant "scratching" feeling in the throat area, especially when swallowing. Systemic & Gynaecological Symptoms: Fever: Occasional fever episodes over the 2-month period. Heavy Period Flow: Very severe; passing blood clots larger than a 5-rupee coin and needing to change pads every 3–4 hours. Weakness: Feeling unusually tired, dizzy, and having frequent headaches. Note: No night sweats or visible neck swelling reported.

Left ear blocked from 2 days and whooshing sound in it. Should it be immediately addressed. Is it something serious?

I have tonsils from two weeks , getting pain while swallowing and laughing. Please give best medicine. Thank you
