Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been suffering from tonsil stones on my right tonsil for years. I cannot manually remove them. It very rarely comes out when coughing. It's causing me persistent bad breath no matter what I do. I've already tried salt water gargle, mouthwash and all the remedies available. When I touch my right tonsil and smell it, it's awful. What's the solution because I've already tried all the home remedies and it's affecting my quality of life.

Hello Doctor,                I have been facing these health issues since February: I get very violent sneezing fits in the morning, sneezing around 5 to 10 times. I also sneeze occasionally during the day or evening, about 2 to 4 times. When I sneeze, my nose starts running, and then it goes away entirely within 1 to 2 hours. I also sneeze 2 to 4 times at night, which causes my nose to get slightly blocked while sleeping. Along with the sneezing, I have a persistent sore throat. My mother is experiencing repeated mouth ulcers for 1-1.5 years. We have tried many medications, sometimes the ulcers go away for 1-2 days but appear soon enough. She was experiencing difficulty swallowing also previously but it's better now. Some doctors suggested she had some allergies and gave medications according to that. But nothing worked. Hey my child is only mouth breathing in day . In night she closes her mouth for sometimes.  She  is only 20 months old we got her x ray done it showed no adenoids.  She sometime itches her nose but how we will make sure she closes her mouth she doesn't understand it . Is it normal.  I am worried that her facial features will get destroy.

I have continuous ringing in my ear for last two and half months. I have done non contrast Brain MRI. Nothing is found. Standard audiometry test show normal results. My tinitus is one sided on the left. When I chew the sound increases in the left. If I press the nearby area of left ear on the skul sound also changes. If I bend my neck also in one side the pitch increased. So far I consulted ent, neurologist and dentist. No result. Please let me know whether this condition is treatable. Who can help me regarding this? I need a good consultation from an experienced doctor.
