Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have history of chewing tobacco and gutkha from 6 yrs. I have two lumps in the buccal mucosa and is not going despite of removing 3rd upper molar. It was round but after removing third molar it's shape changed very next morning. It became long from round.And from that day it shape is stable means not increased nor decreased. No pain and no other problem due to this.can you tell me what is it looking like. Is it cancer?

Have Sterp throat for the last 20 days with dry cough suggests some effective medicine or antibiotics

Hello.I had a usg neck recently.Because my left supraclavicle area was little fuller,i suspected.Doc felt nothing but ordered usg.everything is normal but report says few non specific cervical lymph node is seen bilaterally largest measuring 1.4 cm in right and 1.3 cm in the left side.but the radiologist concluded that no significant abnormality is seen.My ent doctor also said it is normal..What's your view on this.I don't  have any sore throat or anything  but I have a left wisdom teeth eruption which pains sometimes.But now it is not painful.My lymph node cannot be felt and not painful also.

Dr prescribed 1.pantaprazole domperidone (ulpan dsr) 2.aceclofenac,paracetamol,serratiopeptidase (careflame SP) 3.cefpodoxime proxetil and potassium clavulanate (Gudcef CV 200) 4.fexofenadine hydrochloride and montelukast (Zadonase) I am not taking pantaprazole domperidone ulpan Dr Rest I am taking all Medicines even careflame Sp, gudcef CV 200,Zadonase I often get typhoid That's why I am scared Is it okay? It's been 2 days since I didn't see any improvement in ear heaviness

I have got blocked ears after a 3hr flight while also dealing with stuffy nose along with some frozen blood in mucus. Also while descending the flight, severe unbearable pain started near the left eyebrow. Please advise on the best treatment for this, Usually the blocked ears get open within hours but its taking more than 3days.
