I have history of chewing tobacco and gutkha from 6 yrs. I have two lumps in the buccal mucosa and is not going despite of removing 3rd upper molar. It was round but after removing third molar it's shape changed very next morning. It became long from round.And from that day it shape is stable means not increased nor decreased. No pain and no other problem due to this.can you tell me what is it looking like. Is it cancer?
