I have a middle ear infection.

1.pantaprazole domperidone (ulpan dsr)
2.aceclofenac,paracetamol,serratiopeptidase (careflame SP)
3.cefpodoxime proxetil and potassium clavulanate

4.fexofenadine hydrochloride and montelukast

I am not taking pantaprazole domperidone ulpan Dr
Rest I am taking all Medicines even careflame Sp, gudcef CV 200,Zadonase
I often get typhoid That's why I am scared
Is it okay?

Hello .
1. Pantaprazole has no relationship with typhoid.
2. The middle ear heaviness is because inflammation of the tube that connects your middle ear and nose.
You will need a nasal decongestion topical drops to relieve inflammation and a mucolytic to loosen the mucus collected.
3. You can stop zadonase. This is will up the secretions which may add to the problem. Need more history to correctly explain that.
