Ear infection
I have a middle ear infection. Dr prescribed 1.pantaprazole domperidone (ulpan dsr) 2.aceclofenac,paracetamol,serratiopeptidase (careflame SP) 3.cefpodoxime proxetil and potassium clavulanate (Gudcef CV 200) 4.fexofenadine hydrochloride and montelukast (Zadonase) I am not taking pantaprazole domperidone ulpan Dr Rest I am taking all Medicines even careflame Sp, gudcef CV 200,Zadonase I often get typhoid That's why I am scared Is it okay? It's been 2 days since I didn't see any improvement in ear heaviness

Hello . 1. Pantaprazole has no relationship with typhoid. 2. The middle ear heaviness is because inflammation of the tube that connects your middle ear and nose. You will need a nasal decongestion topical drops to relieve inflammation and a mucolytic to loosen the mucus collected. 3. You can stop zadonase. This is will up the secretions which may add to the problem. Need more history to correctly explain that.

Good history-taking is the key to accurate diagnosis and proper management. What were your complaints? Since how long have you been having these symptoms? Any ear discharge, fever,hearing loss, nasal symptoms,thraot pain....??
