Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had a moderate deviation in septum which required rhinoplasty. However, I’d told the doctor that I wouldn’t want my nose tip to be rotated or nasal bridge to be flattened. Unfortunately, both have happened. I require a revision to push my tip downward by an angle of at least 10 degrees and bridge to be raised. Can I do so with a revision rhinoplasty that’s closed? How long should I wait to get a revision done?

My son 6.5 year old diagnosed with adenoid problem in March 2024. Twice we have given nasal spray treatment (steroids) but it's not cured . No known allergies. I want to know what homeopathy treatment can be given. I am from Chennai.

I have been suffering from Acute Follicular Tonsillitis for last 20 days treated with Ceftum but still not completely cured. Doctor changed the antibiotics to ceprozil and now taking the course but in the mean time 4-5 days back I incidently find a lump a bit hard no pain though on my soft palate. I got freaked out.
