Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have irritation in throat and small pimples on throat from 1 week or more, on right side of throat.

My periods are about to come and I'm having cold since yesterday and feeling a little week too ! Please

Since February I started feeling that something is stuck in my throat. Sometimes it feels like cough, sometimes it feels like food. No pain, no lump, no cough. I consulted ENT who initially stated it's pharyngitis/allergy and later I was told it's Acid reflux. Then I consulted Gastroenterologist, my endoscopy was done and nothing was found. I was given medicine for antacid gel, gas medicine and pro/pre biotic tablet. But the issue still remains same. I maintain a very good healthy lifestyle, clean diet and do workout. Please help me. It's really irritating.

I have one lymph node swollen in neck that fluctuates in size increase with every cold and gradually going down but never Fully going away and is there since last five months. Also I have recurring urticaria, is it because of that its not going down. Blood reports are normal

Last week I felt bit pain in my left ear after which I used earwel drop, after this I felt as if my ear is closed due to some vaccum or something and after 2-3 days I started feeling a whistle like sound in my ear. I checked with the dr he said your ears are clean and there is no issue but I could still hear that whistle sound in my left ear. I am not sure what I should do to fix this. Please help

Does Turbinate reduction and septoplasty can cure ear problems . What are the complications of this surgery?
