Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Left ear blocked from 2 days and whooshing sound in it. Should it be immediately addressed. Is it something serious?

Hello I had vitamin b12 170 and since last year starting my tongue was red in the front Had so much of dry mouth It was fine I had taken vitamin b12 injections for 5 days And sublingual for 1 month of 1500mcg Now since last week I have had a burning sensation on my tongue and red on the front And on the border little skin is out and it is red and white Tongue looks asymmetrical and something black is also there since months i think I didn't notice earlier Now since a week I have been checking my tongue multiple times a day I have so much overthinking about it and every time I find a new change I don't know what is happening And so much dry mouth in the morning I stay in USA and the weather is so cold here

Hi , My daughter had her adenoids removed via surgery in 2024 however within a month she developed breathing problem and we found that she developed enlarged tonsils as well. She snores and mouth breath. The tonsils are non infectious but she snores heavily. I am afraid of another surgery for her at this age. Please suggest if any medication can help her.

I have been hearing whooshing air blow sounds that matches my heart beat since 2y. Sounds are mostly noticable only in nights. Got it checked with near by ENT. No ear wax and no infection.Audiometry is normal. Am worried what it could be. Attached audiometry report

My right ear is smaller than my left ear.  I have consulted doctor and he said that my right ear is a cup ear. Please tell me what caused this.

The pain in my throat while swallowing anything is 10/10. And even when i am not swallowing anything, the pain is still there. I have had throat infections before but this does not seem like the others. I also had fever and chills along with this throat infections.
