Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a hearing problem in my right ear for the past few days. Earlier, when I inserted my finger in the ear, the hearing would reduce and then return to normal, but now it stays reduced all the time. No pain, discharge, fever or anything else. It is uncomfortable, I cannot hear properly from that ear. Please advise on the next steps.

Something struck like feeling in throat from three days without pain and no problem in swallowing. When I drink water and taken food, this feeling gone some time. Next few minutes same problem happens once again.

Am having continuous cough from last 3 weeks. I also have cold and mucus comes out when coughing. Since last 1 week, I sometimes get severe bout of cough and end up vomiting. Mostly whatever I ate will come out along with mucus. I took cetrizine, cough syrup, cofsil all. But nothing is helping. Kindly advise .

Hello doctor, Yesterday I visited an ENT specialist with my father. He has been experiencing burning sensation on his tongue and pain over a specific area. On examination, the doctor diagnosed a small patch of leukoplakia on the left lateral border of his tongue. I would like to understand: 1. What could be the possible causes of this leukoplakia? 2. Is this a serious condition? 3. What further tests or follow-up steps should we take? 4. Are there lifestyle changes or precautions (diet, oral hygiene, avoiding irritants) we should follow? My husband is 39 years old. He started hearing a buzzing sound yesterday morning and today when he woke up the buzzing was still there but he has also lost hearing in his left ear. What could be the issue and is this type of hearing loss treatable?

Hello Doctor, I have buzzing sound in my left ear for 3 years. Earlier, I had ear pain only when exposed to loud sounds, but now it is mainly buzzing. Medications from ENT did not help. PTA report attached , tympanometry normal. Whenever I swallow saliva, I hear a clicking sound in my right ear, but almost none in the left ear. As per this symptom: Why is there no clicking sound in the left ear? Why do I have buzzing in the left ear? What could this be and which further tests can help? (I forgot to mention this symptom earlier, as I never noticed it clearly before.)
