Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My Tongue is right side is red and my throat pains it feels something stuck inside like foda ya redness don't know my family dr checked he told me to start becozyme medicine and folvite before 15 days done with all blood tests cbc lft kft esr and many more only have vitamin deficineny Vitamin b12-240 Vitamin D3-5.5

I have undergone S shaped dns with mild maxillary and ethmoid sinusitis surgery on dec 8th  25 days completed I could able to breathe only through right nostril but not through left nostril previously before surgery also  i was able to breathe through right only not through left y even after surgery I couldn't able to breathe when i asked doctor regarding this he shown me through endoscopy that crusts are there so that it takes time he is saying it will be gastric issue might also cause what could be reason??

Can u plz check report.do i need fnac of neck.right side lymph node is present.no pain .do I need repeat ultrasound of neck or no need.plz check report

Hello doctor on 20 march 2025 a jhola chhap give me dexamethasone and multivitamin but syringe are used not new that's why I took PEP on 21 march 2025 for 28 days and have all base line test for hiv and last test duo on 28 nov.2025 was negative but still I have candida infection with anal infection what is the reason behind this please suggest me

My son underwent coblation adenoidectomy on dec 5th for having grade 4 adenoids. Post that he is having glue in left ear which turned into puss later and got cured by antibiotics however he still have glue. Today after 25 days of surgery he caught cold again probably on use of chalk piece at home. Yellow mucus day 1 and day2. Cough n vomit in afternoon sleep. Mouth breathing since 2 days. We are continously giving medicine either for ear infection or cold even after surgery. Medicine  given zyr cold pulmoclear refzil o 125mg syrup morning and night. My worry is why is my son recovering yet. He is 2.5 year old We do not know if the cold is now triggering again due to allergy or viral cold. And how long does it take to cure ear fluid. Please suggest and guide us if we are going in right direction

Hi I am just trying for a baby and I got 3 abortion in three yrs now I am having high pressure.thyroid for thyroid now not taking tablets also ....and fibroids also so doctor told fibroids it's not a problem and then only got pregnant and in 4 months got abortion also... Now I am not able to eat eggs if I eat eggs it's like stuck in throat feeling is there for me and if I eat anything thing burning sensation in throat and eat hard things also it's like stuck in throat like that so i think it's ulcer r gastric like that so permenant medicine to cure is possible means pls suggest me medicine to cure permenantly it's more helpful for me ... taking labebet 100 mg and nicardia 10 mg for pressure...
