Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My ear is blocked due to cold since 1 day. No pain is there but feeling heavy in that area. Please suggest pain relief tablet .I am already using otrio-ac ear drops..please suggest alternate medication

My brother gets cold, cough, throat pain, huff and puff every 5-6 days and also some chest pain. My daughter keeps having recurrent cold symptoms, clogged sinuses, throat and ear pain, headaches. She is in Bangalore and lives in a hostel with not very great Bedding Hygeine. Her throat aches and there is bleeding too due to strain in coughing.

I am a 20-year-old female. For the last 20–25 days, I had smelly discharge from my right ear. There was no pain or hearing loss. Recently, the discharge reduced, but yesterday I noticed a small amount of blood coming out. Today also a little thick blood came out once, mostly after waking up. Now it feels mostly dry. I have throat infection and there's is a severe pain in my throat and more severe while sallowing. On the first day I went to the doctor and he prescribed Swich 325. Still after 3 days medication the pain has not come down

It is several times observed that something rock solid is inside my ear canal and i can literally feel it while touching from my pinky finger, sometimes i try to get relief by rubbing inside canal with earbuds with soft cotton on too, i used ear drops as well, but i feel that worsened the case. Now i feel the layer of wax pretty much inside my ear canal. Sometimes it irritates a lot while working or sometimes when i came from bath. I need a good solution for my problem. Putting eardrops only pushed enough inside all dirt. Because i ask my friend go check if there is any dirt but the outer layer or pretty much inside as well there is no dirt but only very deep inside it is present. I need proper guide to understand the issue once and for all.
