Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My mother's ear drum had ruptured when she was an infant, she didn't get the treatment required for it. A few days back her ear discharge started with some noise and discomfort. The doctor performed a ct scan, now on the basis of the report he says that the operation needs to be done but there is no guarantee that it will not create any problem further because there is also an issue to the ear bone. I wish to have some advice regarding this. Thanks in advance to all the doctors.

Mother in law is experiencing dizziness, not been able to steady sometimes, vertigo, unable to get up all of a sudden. Is it due to inner ear disturbance? Any physio required?

Since the last 2 nights, i have developed a really bad throat. It started by being itchy but then just worsened off. Right now, I have a dry cough but whenever I do, my throat hurts so much. Dear sir In kalawati saran hospital doctor advised bera test of my two years child .bcoz my child didn't speak ....... Doctor gave him clearwax drop for 7 days ...after use this drop my child speak ammi papa bua abba so many words he is speaking now .. ..today I done the bera test of my child And result is 40 DB nhl in both ears ?? Is this normal or any problem ??? I m attaching bera report
