Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am 22yrs old boy having recurrent coughing with sputum and little fever . Now I have been feeling an uneasiness in my throat . What can be the possible reasons??

I got tinnitus in left ear after a dental implant. It has been 2 years and it has not gone away. I feel slight hearing loss also because of it. Can someone help?consulted multiple ear and teeth doctors , nobody was able to find out the cause

When sneezing starts, it continues without stopping. Causes watery nose, headache , eyes are sore and at times leads to uncontrolled badder movement. Been taking Bularid M. Happens if discontinue the med even for a day. Did the allergy test for 72 different allergens but found negative for all. Please help
